DELIVERY POLICY
Local deliveries are available in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, and Lake Worth areas and usually are completed within 2 days of order. Extended delivery to West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale areas are available for an additional charge and is available only on certain days. Call for availability.

Any cancellations must be made prior to 5:00 pm on the business day before the scheduled delivery. Any same day cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
RETURN POLICY
Plants and Orchids are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Orchids and Plants are living goods and can be highly temperamental to moisture and environmental factors and can only be guaranteed in the best condition for the 30 days before being affected by their new environment. The issue must be reported within the 30 days so we can quickly address the item. This guarantee excludes any physical damage after acceptance.

All sales are final and non-refundable on any items marked as discounted included, but not limited to, orchids marked as "full bloom", cutback orchids, or any fresh flowers or flower stems.

We take great pride in our premium Orchids and decorative plants so if you are not satisfied with the quality within that time frame please contact us so we might resolve the issue quickly!
PAYMENT METHOD
Any arrangement will not be charged until the arrangement is complete and ready for pickup or delivery.

Any large orders or non-standard requests may be subject to a non-refundable down payment.
